Description of Central Midlands Council of Government (CMCOG) service area, including four-member county jurisdictions and listed municipal jurisdictions. Also note portion of COATS lying within the service area.

The COATS MPO/CMCOG is in the process of completing a Walk & Bike Study of the municipalities in the counties of Fairfield, Lexington, Newberry, and Richland. The information from this study will support the development of updated municipal plans in the region.
